Enhancing Staff Capacity in Project Management
At ACBAR, we believe that strengthening staff capacity is not only an investment in professional development — it is an investment in delivering stronger, more effective, and lasting impact.
In partnership with Afghanistan Project Management Center (APMC), an authorized partner of Project Management Institute (PMI), our staff successfully completed a comprehensive 45-hour PMP Exam Preparation Course covering the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
More than a training, it was a shared journey of learning and growth, equipping our teams with stronger skills, fresh perspectives, and greater confidence to deliver impactful work.
